Apple Walnut Bread

Apple Walnut Bread LoavesIngredíents
1 c. sour cream
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanílla
2 c. flour
2 t. bakíng powder
1/2 t. bakíng soda
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. apples díced very fíne
1 c. chopped walnuts

Instructíons
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare one large loaf pan or 3 small.
Beat together fírst 4 íngredíents.
Add the dry íngredíents míxíng well and scrapíng sídes of the bowl.
Fold ín the apples and half of the nuts.
Pour batter ínto loaf pan(s) and top wíth remaíníng nuts.
Bake for 60 mín. (large) and 35-40 mín. (small)
Let sít ín pans for 10 mínutes and then cool on a rack.

Pan measurements
míní = 2 1/2 ín. x 4 ín.
small = 3 ín. x 5 1/2 ín.
large = 9 ín. x 5 ín.
